Crunchy Banana Bombs Recipe (Sugar-Free)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 big ripe bananas

  • ¾ cups oat

  • ¼ cup grated coconut

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon almond flakes (optional)

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven 180°C fan

  2. Mash bananas into a bowl and then pour all ingredients

  3. With damp hands, mix all ingredients with your hands

  4. Shape mixture into 18 balls (all the same size) and place onto parchment-lined baking sheet

  5. Transfer tray to oven and bake for 12 min until golden
