Crunchy Banana Bombs Recipe (Sugar-Free)
INGREDIENTS
2 big ripe bananas
¾ cups oat
¼ cup grated coconut
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon almond flakes (optional)
METHOD
Preheat oven 180°C fan
Mash bananas into a bowl and then pour all ingredients
With damp hands, mix all ingredients with your hands
Shape mixture into 18 balls (all the same size) and place onto parchment-lined baking sheet
Transfer tray to oven and bake for 12 min until golden
