Gaga Banana Pancakes Recipe (Sugar-Free)
INGREDIENTS
1 cup spelt flour
(or 1/2 cup coconut flour & 1/2 cup spelt flour)
3 eggs
250ml cow milk or vegetable milk
1 big ripe banana (or 2 small)
1 tsp unsalted butter or 2 tsp coconut oil
1 pinch salt (not suitable for babies < 12mo, avoid if possible)
Optional: 2 tbsp blueberry

Grated Coconut
Fresh Basil / Fresh Mint
Cinnamon
METHOD
Whisk & Mix flour, milk, eggs and salt into a large bowl until blended and thick
Mash banana till smooth and add to the mixture until blended
Optional: Add blueberries to the mixture
Grease saucepan with butter or coconut oil and add 1 tbsp of batter at medium heat
Cook 1-2 minutes on each side
Repeat until there is no batter left
When ready to serve add your favorite topping
