Frozen Yogurt Ice-Cream Recipe (Sugar-Free)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen fruits (raspberries or blueberries or strawberries or mango or apricot or Peach)

  • 1 banana

  • 1 lemon zest (optional)

  • 1 1/2 cup organic plain yogurt or greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp unsalted almonds or pistachios

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients in food processor (fruits, banana, yogurt, pistachios)

  2. Once blended and smooth, pour mix into ice-cream mould

  3. Place in freezer for 24h

  4. Eat cold
