Frozen Yogurt Ice-Cream Recipe (Sugar-Free)
INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh or frozen fruits (raspberries or blueberries or strawberries or mango or apricot or Peach)
1 banana
1 lemon zest (optional)
1 1/2 cup organic plain yogurt or greek yogurt
1 tbsp unsalted almonds or pistachios
METHOD
Add all ingredients in food processor (fruits, banana, yogurt, pistachios)
Once blended and smooth, pour mix into ice-cream mould
Place in freezer for 24h
Eat cold
Suitable for babies > 6MO
