Tropical Chia Bowl Recipe (Sugar-Free)
INGREDIENTS
3 tsp chia seeds
100ml oat milk or almond milk (sugar-free)
2 fresh fruits (here ½ kiwi & ½ peach)
1 pinch grated coconut
1 tsp homemade compote or homemade chia jam (sugar-free)
METHOD
Mix chia seeds and milk together in one container and leave in refrigerator the night before
Just before serving, add toppings (compote, diced fruit & coconut for example)
Serve cold
