Tropical Chia Bowl Recipe (Sugar-Free)

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tsp chia seeds

  • 100ml oat milk or almond milk (sugar-free)

  • 2 fresh fruits (here ½ kiwi & ½ peach)

  • 1 pinch grated coconut 

  • 1 tsp homemade compote or homemade chia jam (sugar-free)

METHOD

  1. Mix chia seeds and milk together in one container and leave in refrigerator the night before

  2. Just before serving, add toppings (compote, diced fruit & coconut for example)

  3. Serve cold
