Vegan Energy Bombs Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup ground coconut
1/4 cup ground almond
60ml almond milk or coco milk
1 tbsp pure peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
METHOD
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Take a tsp amount and press with hands until ingredients stick together
Softly shape bomb with hands
Roll bomb into coconut
Refrigerate 30min
Suitable for toddler > 12MO
