Açai Bowl Recipe (Sugar-Free)

INGREDIENTS

Açai Base

  • 1 portion of frozen açai (sugar-free)

  • 2 small (or 1 big) ripe banana(s)

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries or raspberries

Toppings

  • A selection of fresh fruits cut into slices (kiwi, peach, apple…)

  • 1 tsp coconut flakes (optional)

  • 1 tsp oats (optional)

  • 1 tbsp crunched nuts of your choice (optional)

METHOD

  1. Blend frozen açai, frozen berries, and bananas (avoid blending for too long so it doesn’t melt)

  2. Add toppings of your choice

  3. Serve cold
