Apple & Cinnamon Confit Recipe (Sugar-Free)

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 diced apples

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp unsalted butter

  • 1 splash water

METHOD

  1. On medium heat, add apples in a saucepan with a tsp of unsalted butter and a splash of water

  2. Cover pan and simmer for 15-20min until soft

  3. Remove from heat and serve warm or cold

  4. Can also be used as a topping for: porridge, pancakes, yogurt, chia pudding and the list goes on
