Apple & Cinnamon Confit Recipe (Sugar-Free)
INGREDIENTS
3 diced apples
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp unsalted butter
1 splash water
METHOD
On medium heat, add apples in a saucepan with a tsp of unsalted butter and a splash of water
Cover pan and simmer for 15-20min until soft
Remove from heat and serve warm or cold
Can also be used as a topping for: porridge, pancakes, yogurt, chia pudding and the list goes on
