Fruity Muesli Recipe (Sugar-Free)
INGREDIENTS
Per serving:
2 tbsp sugar-free puffed oats
2 tbsp sugar-free spelt cornflakes
1 pinch grated coconut
1 pinch chia seeds
1 pinch almond flakes
1 tbsp dried cranberries
1 tbsp dried apple (cut into small pieces)
½ cup cow milk or
3 tablespoons plain yogurt
METHOD
Pour yogurt into a small bowl
Add all ingredients on top
Leave to soften for a few minutes
Serve cold
