Fruity Muesli Recipe (Sugar-Free)

INGREDIENTS

Per serving:

  • 2 tbsp sugar-free puffed oats

  • 2 tbsp sugar-free spelt cornflakes

  • 1 pinch grated coconut

  • 1 pinch chia seeds

  • 1 pinch almond flakes

  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries

  • 1 tbsp dried apple (cut into small pieces)

  • ½ cup cow milk or

  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt

METHOD

  1. Pour yogurt into a small bowl

  2. Add all ingredients on top

  3. Leave to soften for a few minutes

  4. Serve cold
