Jam it with Chia Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g-300g frozen fruits (raspberries or blueberries or apricot)

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1-2 teaspoons honey

    (Optional. Not suitable for babies < 12mo)

  • 1 splash water

METHOD

  • Warm fruit on low heat in a saucepan until it breaks down

  • Add chia seeds and splash of water

  • Add a little honey to taste (optional)

  • Remove from heat and leave to cool down
