Zesty Basil Hummus Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 canned chickpea

  • 2 tbsp chickpea water

  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds

  • ½ lemon (juice)

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 garlic glove

  • 1 pinch coarse salt

  • 1 pinch black pepper

  • 1 tbsp cumin powder

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil

METHOD

  1. Blitz all ingredients together until smooth

  2. Add pinch of cumin on top to serve

  3. Serve with carrot sticks and toasted bread sticks
